Uni Lime Factory produces quicklime and calcined dolomite by firing limestone in a twin-shaft vertical kiln, achieving energy efficiency through the use of heat-exchange technology. Combustion is based on natural gas, and the kiln is equipped with temperature and pressure measuring devices. The plant operates through an automated control program from control rooms, with fully automatic operation.
The kiln is fed with raw material, and the final product is discharged, screened, and distributed to storage silos via fully automated conveyor belts. The factory operates with a production capacity of 42,000 tons per year, and it is capable of producing either quicklime or calcined dolomite on the same production line. The plant produces high-quality lime that is used in various industries such as iron and mining industries in general, sand-lime brick manufacturing, construction materials, and chemical industries.
