User Agreement – Arbwe Platform

This User Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Arbwe, operated by Arbwe Global for Trade, Supplies & Factory Management. By accessing https://arbwe.com, you fully accept and agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. Definitions

• Platform: Arbwe website, services, and systems.
• User: Any person accessing or using the platform.
• Customer: Any user searching for industrial products.
• Supplier/Manufacturer: Any entity listing industrial products.
• Account: The user profile created on Arbwe.
• Services: Product listings, RFQs, communication tools, sourcing functions, and more.

2. Acceptance of Agreement

By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms in this Agreement.

3. Account Registration & Conditions

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• No fake identities or impersonation.
• You are responsible for your account security.
• No illegal activities are permitted.
• Arbwe may suspend or terminate any account for violations.

4. User Content

Users are fully responsible for all content they upload, including:

• Accuracy of product data
• Authenticity of images and documents
• No infringement of intellectual property
• No illegal items or prohibited products

5. Commercial Transactions

Arbwe acts only as a B2B intermediary and is not involved in:

• Product pricing
• Sales contracts
• Payments
• Shipping or delivery
• Manufacturing or quality control

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Arbwe disclaims all liability for:

• Fraudulent activity by users or suppliers
• Incorrect or misleading product data
• Business losses or delivery delays
• Failure of any party to fulfill commitments
• Technical issues, outages, or data loss

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, images, and data on Arbwe are owned exclusively by the platform. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

• No harassment or abusive behavior
• No misleading or false content
• No illegal trading activities
• No spam or mass unsolicited messaging

9. Account Suspension or Termination

Arbwe reserves the right to suspend or delete any account at any time for violating the Agreement.

10. Data Collection & Privacy

By using the platform, you agree to our data collection practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

Arbwe encourages users to resolve disputes amicably. Arbwe is not a mediator nor a party to disputes.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Cairo courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Final Provisions

Arbwe may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of future updates.
