Terms & Conditions for Customers – Arbwe Platform

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the customer and Arbwe, owned and operated by Arbwe Global for Trade, Supplies & Factory Management. By accessing https://arbwe.com, you fully accept all terms outlined in this document.

1. Definitions

• Platform: Arbwe and its online services.
• Customer: Any user browsing or interacting with suppliers.
• Supplier/Manufacturer: Any industrial entity listing products.
• Services: Product listing, RFQs, communication, sourcing, and business matching.
• Content: All images, data, specifications, and listings.

2. Platform Scope

Arbwe acts solely as a B2B intermediary and is not involved in pricing, quality control, payments, delivery, manufacturing, or shipping unless under a separate paid agreement.

3. Registration & Accounts

• Customers must provide accurate information.
• No impersonation or false identity is permitted.
• Confidentiality of login data is the customer's responsibility.
• The platform may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

4. Customer Obligations

• Use the platform legally and ethically.
• Avoid misleading, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Verify supplier credibility before transactions.
• Avoid any actions that disrupt platform services.

5. Supplier Obligations

• Accuracy of product data and specifications.
• Compliance with industrial and regulatory standards.
• Authenticity of posted certificates and documents.
• Responding to inquiries in a timely manner.

6. Business Transactions

All commercial agreements are made directly between customers and suppliers. Arbwe is not a party to such agreements nor responsible for negotiation, payment, or execution unless contracted separately.

7. Disclaimer

Arbwe disclaims all legal liability for:

• Transactions conducted outside the platform.
• Fraud, deception, or illegal activities by users.
• Product quality, compliance, or accuracy of specifications.
• Losses arising from delivery delays, damages, or shipping issues.
• Loss of profits or business opportunities.
• Reliance on supplier-provided data or documents.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arbwe’s liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of service fees paid to the platform for the specific service.

9. Payments

Arbwe is not involved in payments between buyers and suppliers unless special sourcing services are contracted. Customers must ensure secure payment processes.

10. Anti-Fraud Policy

• No fake accounts are allowed.
• Posting non-existent products is prohibited.
• No unauthorized payment requests.
• Fraudulent accounts are terminated immediately.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, text, and data are the exclusive property of Arbwe. Unauthorized copying or scraping is strictly prohibited.

12. Dispute Resolution

Arbwe encourages amicable settlement. The platform is not a party to disputes but may provide general guidance if requested.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Cairo Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

14. Final Provisions

Arbwe may revise these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of future updates.
